FR-122047 is a potent and selective cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) inhibitor (IC50 values are 0.028 and 65 μM for COX-1 and COX-2 respectively). FR122047 treatment led to a distinct suppression of cell growth in MCF-7 cells. FR122047 may have an anti-cancer potential in breast cancer.

Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C.
