KS15 impairs the feedback actions of CRYs on E-box-dependent transcription (EC50=4.9 μM) by CLOCK:BMAL1 heterodimer, an indispensable transcriptional regulator of the mammalian circadian clock. Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
