TFB-TBOA shows IC50 values of 22, 17, and 300 nM for glutamate transporters EAAT1, EAAT2, and EAAT3 respectively in an uptake assay using cells transiently expressing EAATs.

Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day.
