PROTAC SAMHD1 Degrader-1 is an orally active targeted SAMHD1 PROTAC degrader, with an IC50 of 6.3 μM against the dNTP hydrolase activity of SAMHD1. PROTAC SAMHD1 Degrader-1 binds to SAMHD1 inside cells and mediates its degradation, with low off-target effects. PROTAC SAMHD1 Degrader-1 inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and interferes with the cascade amplification process of inflammatory responses. PROTAC SAMHD1 Degrader-1 delays the progression of pulmonary fibrosis and exerts protective effects on lung tissues. PROTAC SAMHD1 Degrader-1 can be used in pulmonary fibrosis-related research. Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months.
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20°C. Generally, these will be useable for up to one month. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
