Levomequitazine strongly binds to human histamine H4 receptor. Levomequitazine antagonizes the activating action induced by histamine on H4 receptor. Levomequitazine induces a powerful and statistically significant anti-inflammatory effect. Levomequitazine can be used for research on inflammatory diseases.
