EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-11 inhibits COX-2 activity and tubulin polymerization. EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-11 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-11 exerts selective and antiproliferative activity against human cancer cells. EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-11 can be used for the research of colon carcinoma, breast carcinoma, leukemia, lymphoma, glioblastoma.
