PDE1-IN-11 increases intracellular cAMP and cGMP levels, activating the PKA-CREB and NO-cGMP-PKG signaling pathways, promoting osteoblast differentiation and bone formation, while suppressing osteoclastogenesis and bone resorption. PDE1-IN-11 is promising for research of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMO) and other bone metabolism disorders.
