Description	[Pt(DACH)(OH)2(ox)] (Dihydroxy Oxaliplatin-Pt(IV)) is a Oxaliplatin (HY-17371)-based Pt(IV) scaffold. [Pt(DACH)(OH)2(ox)] reacts with N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester of Pyropheophorbide-a (HY-128973) to yield phorbiplatin. Phorbiplatin is a highly potent Pt(IV) antitumor prodrug.
