Description	pHrodo-NHS is an NHS ester of a pH-sensitive fluorescent dye. The NHS ester at its terminus can covalently conjugate with the amine groups of proteins or peptides, enabling stable labeling. This dye exhibits pH sensitivity, showing weak fluorescence in neutral or alkaline environments but significantly enhanced fluorescence in acidic conditions (pH 4–6), making it suitable for dynamically monitoring acidic processes.
