Selenodiglutathione induces DNA damage, base oxidation, strand breaks, apoptosis. Selenodiglutathione exhibits cytotoxicity against breast cancer cells via preferential cellular uptake and elevation of intracellular selenium levels. Selenodiglutathione is applicable to research related to breast cancer.
