Bexobrutideg exhibits potent tumor growth inhibition in TMD8 xenograft models containing wild-type BTK or BTKi resistance mutations. Bexobrutideg is effective in a mouse model of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA). Bexobrutideg can cross the blood-brain barrier.
