RO5068760 significantly inhibits MAPK pathway activity, thereby inducing G1 cell cycle arrest and apoptosis to inhibit cancer cell growth. RO5068760 exhibits significant efficacy in a broad spectrum of tumors with aberrant MAPK pathway activation.
