Description:

DJ4 (ROCK inhibitor DJ4) is a potent, selective, ATP-competitive inhibitor of ROCK1/2 and MRCKα/β with IC50 of 5/50 nM and 10/100 nM, respectively; minimally inhibits PAK1 and DMPK, inhibits the phosphorylation of recombinant MYPT1(Thr696) by recombinant ROCK1 and ROCK2; significantly blocks stress fiber formation and inhibits migration and invasion of multiple cancer cell lines in a concentration dependent manner, which is independent of cell death.
