Description:

A potent HDAC inhibitor with IC50 of 172 nM; preferentially inhibit class I HDAC1 and HDAC2 than the other HDAC isotypes; exhibits potent antiproliferative activity against various human cancer cells in vitro, and reduces the growth of implanted human tumors in nude mice.
