Description:

CCT-01815 is a novel potent inhibitor of Hsp90 ATPase activity with IC50 of 7.1 uM; shows a mean cellular GI50 of 5.3 uM across a panel of human cancer cell lines; causes cell cytostasis associated with a G(1) arrest and induces apoptosis, also inhibites key endothelial and tumor cell functions implicated in invasion and angiogenesis; significantly reduces transcription factor HNF4A protein levels in iPSC-derived hepatic progenitor cells.
