Description:

EPZ-030456 (EPZ030456) is a potent, selective SMYD3 inhibitor with biochem IC50 of 4 nM; displays noncompetitive inhibition with respect to SAM and MEKK2 with Ki of 1.2 and 1.1 nM, respectively; has cellular potency (IC50=48 nM) suitable to probe the in vitro biology of SMYD3 inhibition.
