Description:

A potent and selective tachykinin NK1 receptor antagonist with Ki of 2.9 nM; shows no activity ofr NK2 and NK3 (Ki>10 uM); exhibits antinociceptive activity in writhing and formalin paw tests in mice and gerbils.
