Description:

A potent, non-selective tyrosine protein kinase inhibitor for Trk family, CaMK and other phosphorylase kinases; also partially inhibits PDGFR and inactive on the EGF, FGF and IGF-1 receptors; inhibits Met autophosphorylation in cultured cells and in immunoprecipitates and prevents activation of its downstream effectors MAPK and Akt; a staurosporine analog.
