Description:

A potent and selective inhibitor of neutral endopeptidase (NEP) with IC50 of 18.9 nM for hNEP; dose-dependently potentiates pelvic nerve-stimulated increases in VBF (EC50=37 nM); increases the amplitude and duration of VIP-induced increases in VBF in the anaesthetized rabbit.
