Description:

BRD1240 is a small-molecule probe that can suppress V-ATPase function, inhibits lysosomal acidification and blocks the maturation of autophagosomes to autolysosomes; increases autophagosome number by inhibiting autophagosomal turnover, blocks the later stages of autophagy.
