Description:

PAPTP is a PAP-1 derivative, potent, specific Kv1.3 channel inhibitor with IC50 of 31 nM in Jurkat T lymphocytes by patch-clamp, reduces cell viability and efficiently kills B16F10 cancer cells at 1 uM; kills 98% of ex vivo primary chronic B-lymphocytic leukemia tumor cells while sparing healthy B cells; significantly reduces tumor size in orthotopic mouse models of melanoma and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
