Description:

ML133 (CID781301) is a potent, selective K(ir)2.1 potassium channel with IC50 of 1.8 uM at pH 7.4 and 290 nM at pH 8.5, respectively; exhibits little selectivity against other members of Kir2.x family channels, but displays excellent selectivity over K(ir)1.1, K(ir)4.1 and K(ir)7.1; dramatically reduces Ca2+ influx through Ca2+-release-activated Ca2+ (CRAC) channels.
