Description:

PDE4D-IN-26b is a potent, highly selective PDE4D inhibitor with IC50 of 0.6 nM, displays 75-fold lower activity against the PDE4A, B, and C subtypes, also exhibits 18,000-fold decreased potency against other PDE family members; suppresses PDE4D-dependent malignant cell growth, but not in nonmalignant epithelial cells.
