Description:

Piclamilast (RP-73401) is a potent and highly selective PDE4 inhibitor with IC50 of 1.2 nM; displays >19,000-fold selectivity for PDE4 compared to other PDE isoenzymes; shows anti-inflammatory and bronchodilator properties in guinea-pig and rat models of bronchoconstriction and allergic inflammation.
