Description:

Sudemycin K is a synthetic antitumor splicing inhibitor with IC50 of 15 nM (MCL1 alternative splicing regulation), shows cytotoxicity in HeLa cells with IC50 of 2.3 nM; has an IC50 of 250 nM in vitro spliceosome (A3’ complex) formation assays.
