Description:

HSP70 modulator 115-7c is an artificial co-chaperone, enhancer of Hsp70, stimulats the ATPase and protein-folding activities of a prokaryotic Hsp70 (DnaK) and partially compensated for a Hsp40 loss-of-function mutation in yeast; decreases α-syn aggregation in neuroglioma cells.
