Description:

ACO1 is a potent, selective Grp94 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.44 uM, displays >200-fold selectivity against other Hsp90 isoforms; exhibits a significant decrease in mutatnt myocilin I477N levels at 30 uM in tetracycline inducible HEK cells; inhibits the migration of MDA-MB-231 and PC-3 MM-2 at 10 uM and 5 uM,respectively.
