Description:

A potent, selective LPA2 (EDG4) antagonist with IC50 of 17 nM; inhibits the phosphorylation of Erk induced by LPA in a concentration dependent manner; inhibits HCT-116 colon cancer cell proliferation caused by LPA in a doses dependent manner.
