Description:

Yohimbine is an indole alkaloid that has high affinity for the α2-adrenergic receptors with Ki of 1 nM for α2A, α2B and α2C; shows moderate affinity for the α1 receptor, 5-HT1A, 5-HT1B, 5-HT1D, 5-HT1F, 5-HT2B, and D2 receptors, and weak affinity for the 5-HT1E, 5-HT2A, 5-HT5A, 5-HT7, and D3 receptors.
