Description:

PP1 inhibitor C31 is a 1E7-03 analog and protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) targeting small molecule with Kd of 1.88 uM, inhibits Ebola virus (EBOV) transcription and replication; binds to the PP1 C-terminal groove in vitro and increased VP30 phosphorylation in cultured cells, also inhibits EBOV minigenome; C31 ius a novel PP1-targeting EBOV inhibitor with improved pharmacological properties.
