Description:

A potent, selective, orally bioavailable GPR120 agonist with EC50 of 42 nM in calcium flux assays; exhibits no significant activity against hGPR40 (EC50>5 uM), no inhibitory activity against a broad panel of receptors and ion channels; also has an EC50 of 143 nM in β-arrestin assays; demonstrates in vivo antidiabetic activity in mice.
