Description:

A novel, broadly acting non-nucleoside inhibitor of HCV NS5B polymerase with IC50 of 3 nM and 2 nM for GT1b and GT2a, respectively; demonstrates a pan-genotypic potency profile and maintains potency against clinically relevant mutants; has moderate bioavailability in rats and dogs, but shows low plasma clearance characteristics consistent with once-daily dosing.
